8. LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION

• Advertisers agree to indemnify and hold harmless UESRPT, its owners, and staff from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their ads.
• UESRPT is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the display of an advertisement or technical errors beyond our reasonable control.

9. POLICY UPDATES

• We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to this Advertisement Policy at any time and for any reason.
• We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last updated” date of this Advertisement Policy, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change.
• It is your responsibility to periodically review this Advertisement Policy to stay informed of updates.
